Shipping Policy
All Purpose BMX products are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. This ensures every item is created with care, quality, and intention. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times:
United States: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options may be available at checkout, but processing time still applies.
International: Shipping times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. Customs processing may add delays. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping service. However, if your package appears lost or hasn't moved for several days, reach out to us at info@purposebmx.com and we'll help investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error. If you catch a mistake right after placing your order, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to fix it before production starts.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can issue a replacement.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
