All our products are made to order, which allows us to minimize waste and maintain high quality standards. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Privacy & Safety

We take your privacy and safety seriously. Your personal information (name, address, email, payment info) is used solely to process and fulfill your order. We never share or sell your information to third parties. Payments are securely processed through Wix Payments, which uses industry-standard encryption and is compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to protect your data. We comply with the Oregon Consumer Identity Theft Protection Act and all applicable U.S. federal privacy laws.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@purposebmx.com

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item(s).

  • If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing due to customer selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

 

All sales are final once an order is placed.
